What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping within the Kenya and East Africa using trusted courier services. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and the size of your order. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 4 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unused) with tags attached. Please note that undergarments are not eligible for exchange if the packaging has been opened/ tampered with.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only offer shipping within Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. We will however look into shipping goods to other countries in due course and always ready to offer a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from the courier used to ship your package. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website or through us.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our Sales team. If your order has already shipped, you may need to return the items according to our Returns Policy.
